Default output is a 5×7 inch JPG. We can export 4×6, 1080×1920 for digital sharing, and add bleed or margins if your print shop requires it.

Can you make twins/siblings/family invitations?

Yes. We create layouts for twins, siblings and families. Additional faces may require a small add-on; we will confirm before editing.

How do you handle my photos and privacy?

Your photos are used only to create your design. We do not share them and routinely delete project files after delivery (about 60 days).

The design is adorable if you have a little Astrobot fan but the customer service is what I’m really here for. I wasn’t expecting any response from a person honestly. Just thought I’d upload my picture and get a template back. They were so nice and responded immediately with recommendations to get the best outcome for this invitation.
