What do I receive?
A print-ready 5×7 inch JPG (300 DPI). A PDF is available on request at no extra cost. Digital download only — no physical item is shipped.
How fast is delivery?
Within 24 hours after we receive your photo and details. Rush options available.

All designs are edited manually by our team (no AI or auto-templates) for a natural, premium finish.
Skin-tone respectful edits
We preserve natural skin tones and facial features; lighting/contrast adjustments are subtle and respectful.
Where can I print?
Home printers and local copy shops work great on photo paper or 250–300 gsm cardstock. Some retail/photo-lab chains may decline to print character-themed designs even for personal use; we can’t be responsible for third-party policies. Ask us and we’ll suggest reliable print options near you or online.
Sizes, bleed & formats
Default size is 5×7” JPG. We can export 4×6, 1080×1920 (digital share), and add bleed/margins if your print shop requires it.
Revisions & refunds
Reasonable text fixes and minor tweaks are included. Because this is a custom digital product, returns/refunds aren’t available once work has started.
Twins, siblings & families
Yes. We create layouts for twins, siblings and families. Extra faces may require a small add-on — we’ll confirm before editing.
Privacy
Your photos are used only to create your order. We don’t share them and routinely delete project files after delivery (≈60 days).
