Photos & Working Files — Deletion After Delivery
We use your photos only to create your order. After final delivery is confirmed, we delete the photos and working files. By default, this deletion occurs within 60 days of delivery to allow for minor revisions or re-sends. If you prefer immediate deletion, just email us and we’ll erase them sooner.
- We never publish or use your child’s image for marketing without your explicit written consent.
- Backups that are automatically created are purged on their regular cycle.
Data retention
- Order and billing records: kept for the period required by tax/accounting laws.
- Support emails/messages: retained as needed to provide service and resolve issues.
